Halle's Fourth Birthday

The rain held off for a fun pool party to celebrate Halle's fourth birthday. We had pizza, presents and fun in the water. Halle was thrilled with her pink balloons and Princess cake. She had a blast with all her friends and really gained confidence in her swimming skills.

Family Wedding

Amanda's cousin, Nate, married his long time girlfriend, Laurel, in Clemson, SC on August 9th. After the wedding, we visited Clemson University's creamery for some homemade ice cream before finding out what great dancers Halle and James were on the dance floor at the reception. Everyone slept well that night.

Summer Fun

Our summer officially comes to an end Wednesday, July 30th when Halle starts 4 year old kindergarten. We have enjoyed swimming, going to the beach and playground and feeding the ducks.

Growing Like a Weed!

Baby Hayes is growing so fast! Halle and James are so sweet and loving with him. He sleeps a lot and is a laid back baby.

Fourth of July 2008

Halle and James participated in the local Children's Parade on July 4th in downtown Bluffton. Halle rode her Princess bike and James his Diego big wheel. The parade was about 3 blocks long and was over in 10 minutes. It was hot and the kids did great. This was our first outing since Hayes' birth. He slept through the whole thing.

They Came to Meet Our Little Man

We had many visitors in the first few weeks of Hayes' life. Dan's parents came from PA, then Aunt Alicia and Uncle Adam came from North Carolina. Many friends brought us dinner, cards and gifts. We felt very blessed.

We enjoyed trying to catch all three children looking at the camera on the floor in our living room. Hayes was just a week old here.
