Christmas Tree Farm Fun

We continued our three year tradition of cutting down a Christmas tree. Halle and James enjoyed finding trees their height and getting free candy canes. They thought it was neat that we could tie a tree to the top of our car. We are adding new ornaments to the tree each day.

Walking off the Turkey

We were on the go the day after Thanksgiving. In addition to the zoo, we met up with Amanda's girlfriends from high school and their children and husbands. We then headed downtown for lunch and a walk through Falls Park.

Visiting The Greenville Zoo

We went to The Greenville Zoo the day after Thanksgiving. Hayes slept through it all. Halle and James especially liked the giraffes and wanted to feed them leaves. Halle said her favorite animals were the flamingos.

Thanksgiving 2008

We drove to Simpsonville, SC the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to stay with Gram and Papa Laiewski. Halle rode up a day early with her grandparents. We enjoyed Thanksgiving day with the Hamilton family (Amanda's mother's side). Halle and James had quality time with Uncle Adam.

Palmetto Bluff November 2008

We played out at Palmetto Bluff, which is about 10 minutes from where we live. It is right on the May River. The kids enjoyed the swings, boche court and giant tree house. We realized it is not easy to get a good family picture anymore, but we'll take what we can get.

Fall Pictures

Hayes is starting to push up off the floor and has rolled from his tummy to back twice. James always enjoys a morning run, just him and Daddy. Halle is growing into such a responsible young lady.
